Jay’s professional career has been shaped by service, leadership, education, and working with people.
As a retired U.S. Army professional, he developed a career grounded in responsibility, dedication, and service. His experience in Human Resources and Training Management provided him with opportunities to work with and support people in meaningful ways.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts and an MBA in Business, combining his professional experience with a strong educational foundation.
Today, Jay is excited to bring his experiences and stories to a wider audience through his writing.

His book, A Spiritual Dog “Bear”, tells the story of a beloved family dog who brought thirteen years of love, energy, and companionship to everyone around him.
Bear was adopted from an animal shelter at only eight weeks old. With his jet-black curly hair and playful personality, he quickly became an important part of the family.
As Bear grew into a twenty-eight-pound adult dog, his loving nature continued to touch the lives of his family and everyone he encountered.
Through Bear’s story, Jay shares a wholesome and heartfelt story about the special bond between people and animals.
